If you want to keep those accounts running for long best would be to skip those niches since I have seen many channels on those niches getting huge engagements and views and suddenly they disappear.

Look for ideas in which you can make vids, roam around trending section for a while and see.
Reaction and asmr is a good niche if you are a female.
