Effect of No follow Link

I have more doubts on making no follow links for link building.
Does it make some advantage on SEO and SERP

A link is a link it will give some weightage but not interms of SERP but TF will increase if it is a nice backlinks.

A no-follow link helps or doesn't helps in ranking improvement. If you want to build no-follow links, DO NOT go for low DA websites or any shady websites. If sites on your list are like Wikipedia, Google Blog, Moz then surely you are earning great brand exposure along with referral traffic and signals that help you climb up ranks on SERPs.

DofoIIow was a common spam word in the past, but you won't get filtered if you spell it as do-follow.

It's censored because there was an issue with people adding it into links to try get do follow backlinks. Just put a space between the two words if you're talking about it?
