Question About Domain.

Please help me to get my answer.

I have some domain(sites) which are based on specific city just suppose city "A"

I am not getting any profit from City "A"

Can i change the target city "A" to City "B"

Can i clear the old "A" city data???

Normally domain are not targeted specifically for a city, but for country like .co.uk point to uk country domain so cities there will easily acquire that site however i would say to acquire profits from the city so you need to make sure is your business model good enough. You need to analyze
1) Is my site worth enough where user will spend time ?
2) How i will make user visit my site ?
3) How will i retain my user ?
4) How will i urge my user to visit often ?

Basic question in business model.. One must have a robust strategy to be successful

If your domain name is exact or partial match for city A, it would be better to start with a new domain.

If your name is generic, you can target whatever you want, but remember that any links built to the domain may have anchor text for city A so maybe a good idea to change that if possible, or dilute it. Same for any local citations.

Otherwise it will be fine.

Country is india and domain are for goa i saw nothing from goa no profit want to change them goa to pune. Should i do that?

If you've geo domains like lovegoa.com, have no sense target pune. Register a new domain.
If you've generic domains like havefun .com feel free to switch.
But... The most important things are the backlinks already placed.
