Still even if you have coke or e or weed in your blood, they still don't have reasonable evidence. They MUST ask the last time you used the substance, and if they didn't, they charge must be dropped.

(From Expierence) NEVER BLOW!!!!!! It is the officers job to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that you were intoxicated.

Ive been pulled over before... I knew I could pass the "Physical" test... Walking the line, following his finger, etc. and I passed these tests flawlessly, luckily it was on video too, then when he asked me to blow I refused.

He threatened me and said not blowing is automatic admission to blah blah blah... I still refused and was arrested..... Spent 8 hours in the jail....

4 weeks later at court, i plead not guilty, asked to see the video tape, which they showed me and the judge.... and was let off with no problem....

NEVER BLOW Let the cops do their jobs

well i had lots of empty beer cases and beer cans in my car and drank earlier in the day
but blew zeros, i told them i used the other day... but i wasnt informed in all of my rights when it happened, but now i am... EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THERE RIGHTS AND BE INFORMED, cuz if ur not, then you can get @#$%!@ like i did..... thats all im

they did have probable cause, my honda was filled with beer cases and empty beer cans, and smelled like beer ....

i could of if i was informed and learned all of my rights, but i wasnt at the time, and didnt have the funds to get a lawyer, the reason of this post is to get other ppl to inform themselves and to prevent this crap from happenin again

Sheriffs around here do not have cams in there cars. They can afford big old suvs and whatnot, but a camera?

Cameras inhibit cops abilities to deny you your rights. I need to start a campaign to get cams placed in all cop cars.
