correct answer is that google will check your ad account when you expect less - don't have a timeframe their robots do that auto.

What will better work for you is to set the bots country ip adress to the Main page which should be the whitehat one & the other users that you pretend to target to show the blackhat page.

This will work for you, it wont last much if you abuse alot but hope it helps.

Yes, you can do your own twists even without needing to buy a pricey cloacker if you cant afford it obviously.
But using a paid cloaker does the job better.

For myself i dont dont use a cloaking service but another one and do a twist on that to make it work.

The simple answer is there is no such time frame that how often google checks your landing page. I changed my client's landing page many times after approved their campaign. So if you are doing white hat campaign, then there is no problem with it. Also, I want to mention that I never tried with a content locker.
