try to make some friends outside the Pakistan and use their PayPal in exchange for little commission

1. Register a company in country with PayPal
2. Withdraw PayPal fund to Payoneer Global Payment service bank account (it worked years before, check before you use), then withdraw Payoneer fund with its Mastercard
3. use 2checkout to receive payment of your store
