Anyone working with any PPI network here?

Please if anyone can share the installation ratio/revenue they get per 1k or more visits of mixed traffic and in which network? Or can recommend any good ppi network with no blockades and the rename stuff in the .exe which is killing the installation ratio. It could be private network too.

It may be less compared to some other companies but all their offers and program installs are legit applications usually high reputable antivirus companies. I am not sure for minimum payout, but they will inspect your website and won't let you in unless you get a good amount of traffic.
