What i can do now? Yes i have the possibility to create a new bank account but will they detect me from another source etc from my IP or home address?

I had this and made a new account for another business with the same address and bank account and it was fine. However it was genuinely another business so not sure if you'd get away with doing this for the same business again.

You should be fine making a new paypal, I've used the same IP and adress before and its worked find, although I would not risk using the same bank account. If your paypal got limited because of a ban/limitation on ebay you need to use a different ebay account. This includes and listings removed for tos violation or if they gave you a warning for drop shipping. Paypal and eBay have a weird connection were some violations on ebay will lead to a limitation because of the risk for paypal.

I think i was "banned" because they didn't accept my id. I didn't had a problem with ebay although my main income comes from ETSY.

What happens after 180 days? You have no permission on your profile?

What if i delete my bank account from paypal menu? Will they detect it if i put them on another account? My paypal was buisness.

If you didn't have any trouble with eBay you are fine to use the account with your new PayPay. After 180 days you will be able to withdraw any funds left in balance. You can try to remove the bank account, but PayPay usually removes the option when your account is limited. Unless it is going to be really hard to open a new bank account I strongly suggest not reusing the one from the limited account.

I had 2 bank accounts, i deleted one with no problem. Both accounts were used to withdraw money.

you could make one account per vcc , and also same for vba, you could not use same bank account in multiple account.

vcc means virtual credit card and vba means virtual bank account, both are digitally use purpose

Is there a way to take the money from a limited account?? Etc send from another paypal account that you own them money?

If we open new PayPal account with new bank account, don't you think they would track at ID verification stage and ban again??

In india, they ask for PAN card and Adhar card for verification.
