My review:

I've purchased the "Personal" pack. Overall, this service is quite better comparing to others similar. The voices are excellent - looks very real. Also, the good thing is that you can use SSML - it helps a lot. The thing that could be improved: please add the file's history, cause its uncomfortable in case you'll lose the MP3 file accidentally.

I am interested but I keep on reading that new channels with computer voice over are not going to get monetized. Am I wrong with this service because it sounded computerized to me in the sample.

Yes, sure. I've already mentioned this in OP. You can sign up for the free account, just find "Sign In" button at the right top corner of the Homepage.

Characters are not deducting. You just can't convert more than a certain number of characters (depends on chosen plan) at once.

Can you provide the sample of voices your software produce?

Yes, sure. You can find them on the homepage under "Text to Speech Voices"

Regarding "computerized voices" - it's all up to you, but we strongly sure that provided voices are much better than others you can find on the web. Maybe you should try to play with SSML? It could definitely improve the voice.

Characters are not deducting. You just can't convert more than a certain number of characters (depends on chosen plan) at once.

meaning I can have multiple projects of voice over which char not more than 100,000 for the basic subscription right? Thanks
