So I was thinking of interegating a chatbot in website (Everyone should do I found it gives me up to 30% more leads), but I was thinking this:

Should I use Messanger (AKA Facebook) or WhatsApp? I feel like most business owners use FB but I woud love your opinion on this!

Assuming you mean live support like https://www.zendesk.com/chat/ ? I don't think I've ever seen a website use FB Messenger or WhatsApp for live support.
https://messenger.looks-awesome.com/
Thousnads of these exists, I just pulled a quick example from a WP plugin I had.

30% more leads not bad. is it plugged into real human operator, or "smart reply" bot with canned replies? i've seen these scripts floating around on some sites and they do look nice.
as for your question...it doesn't really matter where you're contacting them so long as you're contacting them. spend a week on FB. next week whatsapp. write how many messages you sent vs how many leads you closed. run the numbers.

I have seen few sites with messenger integrated and it looks good. Go with it.

It does matter, thats the thing I want to use the platform that most businness owners are on. ATM this is messanger from the A/B testing a friend did for me.

It's funny because I'm debating on the same exact thing since a while. Whatsapp, messanger or just a live chat? I

What most people use is not necessarily best. Either for you specifically or in general. That's why testing what works best for you is the ideal option.

I recommend https://www.tidiochat.com. I have it on a few sites.

Works great and you can download a Windows client and have your chats right in the program.

If you are going the Facebook route, I would recommend ManyChat. (https://manychat.com/)

I would just go with Messenger. It sounds like Facebook is merging them together anyway (Messenger, Whatsapp, and even Instagram).

Zendesk is one of the most known enterprise solutions for customer support software.
