Have a read about people that have been given jail time for copyright infringement and find just one that was for copying a single website.

I have to mostly agree with this. It's not the area of law I practice, but I'm familiar with some local cases. One time in court, there was a man charged with a copyright type violation, and he outright said to the judge "No, I will not stop doing it."
Jail? Nope. He was charged with contempt of court and was hit with a $250 fine. And walked out laughing.

So What can u do...send dmca report to their registrar & host provider & CDN (if they are one). they will escalate from there.
Or go see a lawyer. have them write a letter. many such cases if you search online. for people using pictures they do not own. anybody go to jail? no. they usually pay money for "damages". most people usually ignore these sorts of letters.

I would be upset, but I’d rather not bring attention to something that could get me in more trouble than the person copying.
The question in this thread is not about the domain or URL name. It is with copyright infringement on my text, images, layout, design, etc.
No just what you mean by this, but either way.. You and I are different, I would just rather not have someone copy my entire site.
