I have copyright laws on my website, and I continue to find other sites copying my entire website and using it as their own.

Question:

Can I do anything about this? I worked very hard on my site and don't appreciate people legit stealing my work and using it as their own.

No, this is for an entire site duplicate and not a description site.

It's a civil matter so you should contact a copyright attorney if you aren't sure how to proceed. Normally it starts with a cease and desist letter. By hiring an attorney, you won't make the mistake of committing extortion in your letter.

Pay for your attorney? You can't. But if you have evidence that the other party's actions have caused you financial loss, then you may have basis for a lawsuit (again, civil and not criminal).

You do realise that very few people actually get jail time for copyright infringement and it's only the worst offenders who steal content from multi billion dollar organisations.

If you're talking about a substantial amount of money, then a professional (e.g. copyright attorney) is far better than random opinions from random people on the Internet. A professional will help you determine if you have strong enough evidence, and if pursuing legal action is even worth it (most likely not, if the other party is on the other side of the world).

Other do-it-yourself options include sending your own cease & desist letters, DMCA type notices, contacting the host of such stolen content and demanding they remove if from their customer's account, etc.

What content did they copy? SMM panels in general have a lot of copied content. I wouldn't be surprised if your site has some content from other sites as well. It's part of the game. If someone was copying unique articles you have a handful of options, but if you're just referring to ripping some sales content and service descriptions then there's not much you can do.

If you don't want to hire a lawyer, you can certainly make lots of noise in hopes of getting results. If you aren't a web hosting nerd, you can Google "find out who is hosting a site" for lots of tools to figure out where a website is hosted. Then contact the host (by phone if possible, take up as much human resources as you can), and demand they take down the site. After all, most hosts have a TOS against copyright violation. Make as much noise as you can.

Caveat: It is considered criminal harassment if they ask you to stop calling, and you continue to call. (This is why I suggest an attorney. Sometimes people on their own don't have the knowledge to consider the full scope of the situation.)
