How to close an old business listing ?

I have an issue. I created a pet care business a long time ago when i was at uni to generate extra income. However, i finished uni and moved back to my hometown. One thing i never done was close down my old business listing. I left it.

Anyways, the other day i was looking back at my old listing and some idiot is leaving 1 star reviews. Even though the business closed well over 5 years ago.

I have tried to login the account. However the number i had attached to the account i do not use.

Anyone know how i can close the listing down ? I have no bloody idea why, who and what reason people are leaving negative reviews. I dont operate the business.

I have looked at the 2 negative reviews and both accounts have left another local pet care business 5 star reviews. I think its an attempt to lower my ranking but in a very stupid way, as it is not rocket science to see that i have 2 negative reviews and both accounts have left another competitor 5 stars.

Anyone know how i can get this closed down.
