My digg account got banned help

My digg account got banned because I created multiple accounts and was trying to digg my own story.

How can I create a new digg account? I don't know how to change my IP, etc.

Any tips would be appreciated.

i think they normally only temporarily ban you. try again in a few days.
otherwise google "digg proxy" and see what comes up

you have to change your IP and your email. From my experience (i've been banned a few times) they will allow you sometimes to sign up under the same IP but then will ban you again a few days later. If your on a wireless connection you can chage your IP address by changing your mac address. google it if you don't know how. Each router is slightly different. good luck and next time don't vote your own stories. build up a IM list of people that share digg stories and hit the home that way.

Digg alow multiple accounts if you are not digging your own stories. I think you should not create multiple accounts create a one account & be active then you will start getting diggs for your stories by your friends. start spending some time on digging & in return you will start getting diggs for your stories..

I doubt that, they quickly ban multiple accounts

I've been banned for about a year now. You will need an IP changer.

yea all you need is another (clean) IP (proxies or new dsl lease) and clean cookies when you switch IP/account

I use a sprint card. It changes your ip everytime you disconnect. It costs me 49.00 a month and I would say the best investment I have ever made

you guys getting banned must be really hammering it on digg, Ive got multiple accounts and you have to spend a bit of time digging other stories on there and mix it up a bit not just your own commercial shit dudes.
