1000$ to spend on a PBN

Need someone with valid track record that can help build up a PBN. I have 1,000$ to spent. Niche is unspecified. You need to show me portfolio of some sort.

Need someone to do CPC analysis (Lowest CPC with low competition and good chunk of search volume), and deliver for each blog, 1 landing page (some offer/sign up/email etc) 1 banner ad and 1 main page with 5 articles.

* You have to find the niches/keywords for the blogs
* Need diverse set of niche, anything that is PG-13 and not controversial
* Don't care about content quality as long as it is not some span crap or duplicated.
* Will have to be set up on AWS and Wordpress.
* I buy domains and pay for AWS.

Are you looking for actual PBN's or for money sites? If the former, surely TF/RD is what you are looking for with each domain + some OK ish content to link to your money site(s). If the latter, you maybe need to rephrase your request.

Or I might be missing the point entirely?
