account upgradation payment

Hi mates,
when i trying to make payment for account upgradation paypal gives this error.
"Sorry, we werent able to complete your payment or setup preapproved payments at this time"
Can you please tell me if forum payment system is is any process or problem with my paypal?

I also make a querry from support team but they said try to change preferred payment methods as i selected paypal balance preferred, i just want to know if any forum members went through this issue so please guide me about it,
and last question if i want to make payment through any of my friend is it possible or not according to forum rules?

Hi, what membership are your trying to buy? Did you try to use stripe? Are you sure the problem is not in your account?

As I’ve remembered there is not a button if you don’t qualify for the upgrade. That’s why I think the problem is in his account

$97 membership and im eligible also,
No i didnt try stripe i have not account and in my country stripe not supported
My pp account is recently restored by limitation i also receive and withdraw funds from it, not any limitation or dispute till now.

You're eligible as long as you can see the option here https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/upgrades the message you're getting sounds like a PayPal error if you don't have a valid credit card behind the PayPal account it won't let you create a subscription.

Sir, I have verified valid credit card behind paypal without balance thats why i preferred paypal balance as pay method.

It is possible but if your friend makes a payment and charged back then the infraction points would be placed on your account so make sure they are a good friend. PM me for details if you're still interested in this method.
