Should I keep using this or it will ruin my account?

Hey guys, I own a 10K account with 3% engagement

a few days ago I used a free service (I won't tell you the name because I think its banned from here) and it gave me 400 likes from big accounts.

I checked that post today and it has a lot more reach and impressions than my other posts. example: impressions from home: 3071.

from a regular post: 1765

Should I do this for every post? or it will somehow ruin my engagement/account.
also, I had more comments - 30 as opposed to 5 - 20

I meant that they give 400 likes from my account to other users and then I receive 400 too

if likes are not from fake bots or spammy accounts, i guess there will be no problem.

I mean, real or not, these people are "forced" to like your post. It's a good way to boost your account if you want it to look more trustworthy but you shouldn't overuse it because it will mess up your statistics.
