How do you find a good quality guest post (paid or free)?
What is your email outreach format?
how much you pay?

Scrape all sites
Filter them with Good metrics
Start outreaching them and offer them $$$
Even if you got 1% to 2% you are good to go.

Price depend on how good you are at negotiating a deal and your skills.

No free format, hire someone to write one for you. Generic wont help.

I generally use sites like Fiverr a lot. If you browse through carefully, you will find a lot of quality guest posts.
Just make sure you do not get attracted by cheap $5 links.

Determine your niche that you want to outreach to. Check the relevant sites with their metrics DA, PA, ORGANIC TRAFFIC, TF, CF. create a email template stating the things that you find interesting in their blog. Ask them for a Guest post opportunity. This works.
