Need your advise for facebook/instagram strategy...

Hi,

I would be really happy if some of the marketing pros can give me some advices.
Here is my case:

I am promoting partys where I give away free tickets for a specific target group for example fitness.
So the people dont pay entry with my card and get it for free via shipment. I get money for each person who checks in with my card at the night. At the moment I am using facebook where I add people with in the area of the nightclub that are the specific group. After i got them as friends I message them if they would like to get free entry cards. It takes hours a day because i work with 3 accounts and have to delete sent requests each day and add again each day because 1.000 is the limit. So the goup is very specific and i have to look exactly who i add when i browse through the profiles. The problem is it just costs to much time (because I have to check each profile are they doing sport for example) for the earned money and i think it its not professional this way...

So my idea was to work with instagram/facebook ads to reach more people and faster. The point is they have to send me their adress so i can send them the cards...

What would you do? Which art of ad would you use and how would you use it or would you go a complete different way?

If you have some ideas I would be really thankfull and I would be in your debt.

If i were you, i would definitely go with facebook ads. What i don't understand is why you send them cards? Have you thought doing the same but with a promo code or something similar that don't need any shipment. I would suggest to run an ad for the specific audience you want, make a landing page and tell them to give you their email and you will send them the code there.

I tried facebook ads but I am not very good in this. The feedback was very bad and I was like being +-0.
The shipment is cool because I send them more cards and then maybe they give them to friends.
So I dont want a landing page. It has to work in facebook or instagram itself.

So which ads would be good. Videos, pictures or message ads and how to make the people to do the call to action?

I think there has to be a strategy in it that it works. And the ones I tried didnt. When I message the people i get many feedback so the offer is a good offer which people like. Its just too much time investing by doing this manual message sending and it looks not very professional....

You know when I did the ads i got likes from India which was 100% not located
I don´t know the ones I started were just crap.

You can do the same with emails too, like bring one friend with you. 1+1 per code. But if you think cards are working better that's up to you.
You probably got likes from India because your ad set wasn't right. As i see it you have two options, you either try again with a better ad or hire a VA to do the work you are doing now. Also for the ad videos usually convert better, but it depends on the ad.
