I have used all of these. They ALWAYS delete my accounts after a few weeks or few months at most. I would NEVER use them for anything serious. Just for throwaway spam. Better to use Tumblr or Blogspot type blogs which are more secure than these crap free hosts.

This is true, but for some people, especially in poorer Asian and South American countries, $5.64 is a LOT of money to spend each month, especially when just getting started. So I think OP is trying to share ideas for people to get free hosting. I know Hostwinds has a deal with BlackHatWorld, but $5.64 per month for 1 domain still seems "expensive" to me. At least for a basic starter website. I have never had issues with Hostgator, and if I can pay in advance, I can get hosting for 1 domain for up to half that price (36 months paid in advance). Of course most people can't pay that much in advance, but it's just an idea about other prices available. Again, I know BHW has a deal with them, and I am not saying they are bad host. They might provide WAY BETTER service than other hosts, but for people looking for the cheapest options and even free options, I suggest to research other options.
