Fiverr ID verification - Anyone completed?

Been trying to verify my ID since yesterday and their system seems broke. Have found some users on their forums saying that they have been banned because of this. Anyone else received the notification to verify ID?

What's not working exactly? If the site seems to be broken, try it with a different browser or if you use addons, especially ones, which alter how a site look, e.g. ad blockers, disable those and try again.
If you aren't getting the verification email, try it with a different email provider, Gmail or Yahoo.

They have implemented a new system where you verify your identity by sending a picture of your passport, else your account is banned. You need to take a picture using your phone (not upload it) and the system is so broke that it don't recognize certain documents even if you take a clear picture.
