Email Submit Offers - How to convert?

I’ve been working with “email submit” offers on MB, especially the Onefield ones. I’ve been getting a 10-20% CR . I know it’s much higher conversion rate than average, and I always see around people complaining that I never converts. The fact is my traffic is premium and very warm so that conversion for me is meh. I noticed that they are very picky about the quality. Do you guys have any tips to make it convert better? For example, age, devices, gender, etc? Or any general tips.

that conversion is pretty good if you ask me... I'm on CPAgrip and running email submit offers and best conversion I have is around 6-7%.... but conversion doesnt mean much, epc is more important

Is you traffic incent? I’m running non incent with prepop from my app

You got the right thinking in terms of narrowing down to gender/age/demographics. The only question is: How do you get access to that info?

The advertiser should know. Ask your AM to get that info or research it on Google. The best advertisers I worked with told me everything as my traffic is vital to their success.
