What SEO is like in 2019?

Hey guys and gals

I gave up on SEO in 2014. I wonder what SEO is like in 2019? I'm building automation tools so figuring out what works these days. This might result in some nice SEO software for you to make use of.

So I'd like to know:

- Has Google become savvier in terms of detecting algo manipulation?
- Do backlinks still work? If yes, what kind of backlinks are most effective?
- Has backlink click-through ratio become more important?
- How about on-page SEO, has it become more significant?
- Are there any good backlink services out there like "Authority Link Network" in the past?
- What's the 5 best SEO software at the moment?
- How things are content-wise? What people are using these days, WordAI, Spinrewriter?

Genuine related niche backlinks are the best
on-page is still very important
more and more people doing whitehat today
outreaching and guest post are the long term strategy now
there are some outreaching services in the market
ahrefs.com, semrush.com, etc. most used tools today
no idea about content-wise related...

Today it's more about the quality, not the quantity.

I think the biggest difference is that the algorithm now prioritizes proper grammar. Avoid keyword stuffing and focus on the content being interesting and informative.

If you gave up SEO in 2014, then never think about SEO 2019.

However, User Friendly Website, Good Content and Quality Backlinks are main keys.
Use tools for keyword research, track keywords and tier 2, 3 bakclinks. wordAI or Spinrewriter useless for moneysite.

In my websites i always give priority to user friendliness.

Like someone told it here before now it more about quality but not quantity. You should maka unique and interesting content for visitors.

Its the same to my knowledge. Create content, build links and rank. Link building is still alive. Content is still king. What changes were you expecting?

I think the SEO methods have never changed - good links, nice content and a user-friendly website. The google bot is becoming more and more intelligent and know it can see whether the links is quality or not, whether the content is relevant, etc.

Many of the noobs in this are really confused how to make their SEO - it’s not that hard if you deliver quality and users like what you share. Try to make your website user-friendly, not only bot friendly because the google AI is not really gonna click on your ads or buy your products
