Best way to spam hashtags without a ban?

Hello! what's the best way to spam a list of hashtags to stay on top of the recent as much as I can without getting banned immediately? (don't care if it ends up getting banned the next day). Are there any temporary proxy providers? that changes IP alot, so I can get away with creating alot of accounts.

P.S. I tried the Mobile 4G method, works fine till instagram spots the first two digits of the IPs do not change so they keep blocking me from creating accounts.

I'm a bit confused what you're trying to do - spam like everything under a certain hashtag, or create lots of posts with lots of hashtags?

Make sure you use relevant hashtags and that if you're doing more than 1 post a day you use different ones. I personally have 3 sets of 30xHashtags that I cycle. 50% of them stay the same (the big ones) and I change the smaller ones around.. Never had an issue

What if I used the same set each time but on different accounts and proxies?
