2. Why if only post 1 photo to instagram, my account get banned?

Are you using automation services to post? Try to go with a rooted android phone and then start posting with the automation tool. 0 bans this way

This happens because IG knows that you are using automation tool and you get the strike! Try with the phone and then the tool. You need to make some testing and afford to lose some accounts.

i didn't resolve my problem.
Even today i have the same problem with posting.

I am stoped working becouse i cant share photos.

Anyone surviving the same problem?

or post videos instead there apps that convert photos to videos

So, have you already tried the methods someone mentioned above, land your account on an phone app and post through phone, then back to bots? You'd better try! If failed again, you should reconsider your proxies then.

i would say your accounts were already detected as suspicious at first, may be proxies that those accounts were created on were bad or something like that.
Uploading 1 post will do no bad, even in new account.

The only way for me to fix the issue was to use a 4G proxy, hence why posting from a phone (that probably uses 4G) works well.
There are cheaper proxies that still allow you to post on IG, I only don't know which ones these are and I'm searching for them myself.

Additional to that, try to first warm up the account by random actions and wait at least 2-4 days before posting, also ensure that the images are clean and the MD5 has been changed.

I tried everyting with current proxy and not working(dedicated proxy ipv4) mpp proxies.
