So as many of us know by now the most stable instagram proxies are mobile 4G.

As I have no knowledge on this subject I would like input from someone who knows whether this would work or not and some pointers on how I can do it.

So from what I have red on the internet you can create your own mobile proxies using a raspberry pi and a sim card. Now knowing that I can buy sim cards with 100 gb of 4G internet per month for 10$ per month would that mean that I would be able to run my accounts thru this proxy I set up.
I figured that if this is doable and by only adding 10 accounts per 1 sim it would end up with a cost of 1$ per proxy for an account per month which is a lot less then I am paying for instagram proxies right now.

Also how would this work, will I have to run the accounts on the machine where this whole setup is connected or would i get an ip that I can input into my bot as it is web-based like 123.X.X.X:XXXX .

Thanks for the help.

You still need dongle/modem. Just for your information, I have 3 account only run follow unfollow 300/acc, need >1GB per day.
One more, 4G connection not have static IP, so you need vpn or static IP and connected to WAN with raspberry pi, so that your machine/vps can access your 4G proxy from Internet

It is much harder to setup than it sounds, in my experience.

So I have couple of question if someone doesnt mind helping a noobie

1.) i have 4 accounts right now on my Instagram on my phone. No proxy.

They are being run on Followliker. Once I change countries, could it be a problem. They are fairly new.

2.) I am planning on having 3 accounts on my friends phone in India. Which type of proxy should I buy? Ip4/6?

Thanks :)

1) yes, that's a problem. you will need to rest them at least in the interval between 1 and 7 days.

2) it is said that ipv4 is better, but i have no experience in that.

When you say rest them, as in for once I travel to another country. I just don't touch the accounts for 2-3 days before I start automating them?

Ok, Ip4 isnt there for India. Idk which other prpxy to get...

I recently saw popping up "residential proxies" services and I decided to give it a try and it seems to works really good. You need to do 1 account per proxy and they are a little bit more expensive than usual, but I'm doing really good with them. For example no repost error at all with jarvee. You might give it a try

Residential proxies are the way to go with instagram and in the porn reupload method because some times they ban entire data centers or geos, then with the residential proxies both restrictions are lifted.

Where can i buy the residentsil proxies the best?
I tried one Ip4, it doesnt work for me..

You can send your bot's requests to your Raspberries, but you will need to set them up as proxy servers, to listen for connections and forward them to IG. It sounds complicated for some, but it's doable.

Now, your setup is doable but does it make sense financially?

One thing to consider is that you will have to leave your Raspberies connected to electricity 24hours a day - so you should factor this cost as well (it might not be much, but you should consider it).

Furthermore, another thing to consider is the price of SIM cards and the actual rasberry pi's price and setup time.

Before considering any setup (buying proxies or building your own proxy rig), I suggest you look into the actual costs and see which one makes sense for you.

I am asking a friend to open 3 instagram accounts for me. He's in India.

I need to know which proxies are good. I am not able to find residential proxies for India. So not sure what to do..

Just access your IG with 4G connection, no matter the network is in which city. It's safe

Well, I am planning on automating the accounts via Jarvee. I live in Thailand. Can I just place his accounts without a proxy?

If using 4G connection it's safe. No matter where the country is.

Hi Guntoro, I'm in Argentina, I'm finding same issue: not many residential ips from argentina and the ones i found are ROTATING, and charge by GB usage.

Why you say 4G connection is safe no matter which location? I would appreciate some explanation, i'm burning my head trying to find out answers
