I created simple one page website,that fowards to adult cams affiliate link. Any tips how I can promote it and bring traffic ? I don't expect any secret traffic ways ,but maybe somebody can share useful information ?

very basic one : create a shitload of twitter accounts, use a bot (Jarvee or anything for your budget) and let the bot follow/comment and tweet with the appropriate hashtags, and since it's just a webpage with aff cam link, if twitters ban your domain you can just buy a new domain and do it again

Build dozens Instagram adult photos, use gmt2 for follow unfollow. Get traffic from IG is legit.
