You probably haven't checked for awhile. I don't know what the percent is, but they are up to "Great" on TrustPilot. Since the new CEO took over, they have been working to get that number up. The CEO even personally replied to a few negative comments. They are asking customers to make comments, but fair enough, a lot of companies do. Maybe they are doing so selectively, but they are getting a few negative comments.
I never thought of looking at their daily sales, but I'm not surprised. In the end, the lack of listings could be good for those who keep selling. Less competition. Domain drop off isn't a very big deal. There are plenty of other places to sell them.
I was always fine with their support. Occasional problems, but not much.
Talking of their new CEO, I suspect he wants to flip Flippa. I think he was selling luxury yachts or something like that before. Domains and cheap starter sites are beneath him. I'm guessing he wants to raise the profile of the marketplace. Business-wise, it's not a bad decision, but I think he would have been better off spinning off a separate company. Have the best of two worlds.
