Google Ads has rolled out a new update in which they are going deduct either $1 or $50 from the card you are using. Make sure you have that amount in your card to verify/authorize.

Go to pay (dot) google (dot) com and remove the company profiles and end all the subscriptions that is connected to the credit card. I don't believe that a credit card can get banned on Google yet, in Facebook ads yes but not on Google because I have had 4 accounts with the same credit / debit card and 3 of them got banned but still I use the same card. I think the profiles needs to get deleted.

If you are using a virtual card google will ban the accounts immediately.

If you have 5 different gmail accounts and 1 of them have the credit / debit card you want to use (the same profile), you cannot use the same credit card on the 4 other gmail accounts because it is already in use and it will get "suspicious payments" ban

i got your point subscription and services right
there are no susbcription attached to cards

and i am not using vcc i buy real active cards , first i check the card through a valid chek card through paid valid checker
then i use that card with a fresh gmail US verified with real US number
still there are suspensions
2-3 accounts working out of 10

Correct, But have you used the same card on other Gmail accounts that have a profile with same details and the same card before?

Somehow google is linking your old accounts with new one. Look for your ip. Clean ip's are the way to go with adwords.

Is it possible to delete profile when you need to pay to Google? I mean After spending billing threshold, is it possible to delete card and open another account with same card?

This is not new. Every time you add a card to the account they automatically pre-authorize $1 to verify the card. This has been this way for a long time.
