Looking For Email/Form Submit Offers

I’m looking for email/ form submit offers that actually convert. I have a 21-34 female US audience on my app where I already have their info and it’s fully validated. This audience loves freebies and sweeps: I’m looking for a offer that allows prepop and has minimal reconfirmation required. I already tried Maxbounty and a few other networks but no luck, they are all not performing well on this kind of offers.
