How To Contact Instagram?

Hey boiz. Recently, i had a situation where i sent some weird shit on my facebook to friend and got disabled for it.

I didn't only get disabled on Facebook, but my main account also (which was linked to facebook) and my memes account (20k followers) which i linked my phone number.

What to do? How do i get my memes account back even if he did nothing that's against TOS? I did "kind a" contact support when i tried to log in but havent gotten any response since (contacted them yesterday).

Give them some time(not something you want to hear) but just wait. Do a support claim everyday and see if they reach out.. hopefully they do.

I'd say send in a request every 2-3 days until someone responds to you.

But in all honesty, I think it's futile. I don't think they'll hand you back your ig account.

You violated one of their TOS'. It looks like one decision of theirs applies across all platforms they own.

yes. I understand that. But what does my IG acc has to to anything with account that was linked with my phone number. Literally makes no sense.

I did that, twice i believe. Still havent gotten any response (any kind of response) on my email.

Just keep doing it. On one hand no logic, but on another - sometimes they reply after 3 or 5 attempts

Like months ago i had some issues with IG bcs different stuff. I literally sent 100 messages to IG, they couldn't answer me. Not even, we'll be in touch or some shit....

Yes you have to contact instagram and they will ask you to sent them a picture of you holding a paper with a code that they give you. Once you did this you might get back your account.
