How to target users from specific country

Hi there, I'm using Jarvee on two personal accounts with good results, 25% follow back with 400 follow per day, and engagement rate growing (just a little) on the small one (6k followers) and a bit smaller results on a 20k account.

My only problem is I need to target users from just my country (Italy), how can I do it? Or how to avoid users with languages different from italian and english?

Simple, follow italian celebrities, italian brands etc.

Not international, not english, italian. To the point where you look at their Instagram and can't understand a word.

This's a good one. But if you have more money, spent it in IG ads, placement for your country and specific interest
