My new website will be penalized?

Maybe somebody can help me: If I will host another website on my hosting account, if I am penalized by google for actual websites hosted, low content and even do not want to index a homepage because change from http to https..and create confusion with canonical url, eveen that i do nott know to solve, i installedd yoast but no results .The new website will be also penalized even I am trying to rank with articles, whiteseo etc,. I have dedicated ip on my hosting account.

You wont be directly penalized but it certainly wont help. You could use something like digital ocean to separate your more valuable website hosting.

I was writing from my phone, you want to excuse me my english? Are you a teacher, I seen somebody else understand it and even answered to me. Maybe you understand a little bit slowly even if is english.

chances are high as the other website is already penalized, I personally don't risk my investment and working hours on the same affected IP, I would move to another hosting account.

As others have said it may be under closer inspection now. You could always cloud flare it.
