This is all relative, though. Upfiring "pumped" to 30 million which is still an extremely low cap for crypto standards. Now it's back at 3 mill. Definitely the time to buy UFR if you ask me, this coin has nearly bottomed out and the app is being released next month.
That goes for several cryptos, IMHO. Coins like Lisk and Nano are also at very good buy prices right now.

Market cap is still very high though for a token, does that not concern you? It's a great project but I believe it's a top 20 token project already, so I wouldn't necessarily call it a sleeper.

Kin is the digital currency for digital payments. It will have THE highest marketcap. Orbs, a new platform, is the only blockchain that will be able to handle future KIN transaction volume. Orbs is a DAG mixed in with dual chain and child chain tech. I have only ever shilled 2 coins in my life and they are both the behemoths of crypto. Still haven't found a viable crypto for physical good transactions though. I'm really just throwing this in some people's ear for their benefit, KIN and WTC are the safest bets in crypto and the best way to hedge your crypto investments for long term holding.
BTW KIN is number 90 on the charts for Mcap.

Well today's price shows $0.16... certainly a good jump from the time this thread started. But I'm already done with my investments for now.

Thinking about moving a lot of my portfolio into UFR (several thousands $'s). I think this project will definitely pass it's ATH, if not this year then next, and the people (like the OP of this thread) who bought at this price (8-10 cents) last time before the bull market kicked in literally made hundreds of thousands of dollars. The recent update kinda sold me (https://medium.com/@Upfiring/the-upfiring-dapp-august-2018-progress-update-for-upfiring-v1-0-0-9c2873472fb6) and I think this it's at least an undervalued project at the current price.

Good rule if the price is still high. I wouldn't suggest someone buy after seeing huge increases, cause by then the "pump" is already over.
The UFR price is almost all the way back down from the top (90-95% of ATH), and the app release should be within the next month. For that low of a market cap (2 million) just owning a few hundred dollars worth of tokens could turn into a lot if the project has any success.

I just started uploading torrents and posting them on ufr.io for people to find them. I'm not sure how else people can find them, other than the official forum on the main site (but they don't allow pirated content there).

First of all, I just want to point out that I've called both major Upfiring price rises that happened in the last year by a matter of days. Congrats to all the people who listened to me when I posted on Jan 5th here, the price has more than doubled already.

I've got someone downloading 2 of my files now. I'm uploading at 300 kb/s. There doesn't seem to be an option to control upload speed. I know I have at least 1MB upload speed through my provider.
There's also no UFR in my wallet yet. Maybe because the person is not done downloading, or maybe it takes time to be deposited.

If someone downloads and seeds your file it's free for them and you don't get paid in UFR. It only requires UFR if they decrypt the file, which gives them access to the contents of it. So it's possible someone wanted to just become a seeder on your files with you but not decrypt them.
If you link your UFR files from ufr.io here and they're not too expensive and/or I want some of them, then I'll decrypt them.
