Free Plan Email List sites

Hi guys

I'm looking for a site like MailChimp which you can use to send automated emails, same as aWeber or Getresponse. These sites like MailChimp offer a free plan(500 subscribers, some even 1000-1500 etc). The problem is, I was told from MailChimp's support team that they do not allow emails that promote other people's products to earn commissions a.k.a Affiliate Marketing.

Does anyone happen to know any other service like MailChimp that has a free plan, and allows Affiliate Marketing? I would appreciate it.
