My IPTV service and your marketing

Hi I'm preppier to launch my new service Hisn IPTV very soon(~ 10 days time frame ) ,
The subscription will have 10-15 US Sport channels , and I'll start with ~100 trial account .

• The test broadcast will be at 1-1.5Mb/s at 720P to allow more users test the service , sure when we start it'll be at max quality .
• - service price I having in mind make it 3$/month since it's new service and numer of channels still limited (their's will more shortly without any extra fees )
• - I'll try to focus on service stability and do all I can to guarantee .

So I have zero experience with marketing any kind (in fact all my extra FB banned and have one account now ) , I did create Mailchamp signup form with basic logo for the new brand I'll try my best to finish landing page sopping-cart very soon ,
Since it's free trial service I don't expect you will facing big issue marketing it , I chose this package of channels according to requests sent to me on reddit , I'm not US resident I have no idea what US audience prefer to watch , so I need your help on that . BTW I'm not limited to US TV's I can change the plan very easy If you think their is country offers better opportunity ,
Last you don't need to spent any money at the beginning just post on multiple FB groups and web-forums and If suggesting doing paid champaign I'll handle it cost .

Th subscription have +800 channels(Mostly US/Canada/UK/Franc/Italy/world channels ) that cost me less then 20$/month , I'm allowed to watch 5 channels max at the same time , which means I can rebroadcast 5 channels ,
so that channels I can rebroadcast is up to my partner to chose .

Yep all Sky network are there I just lookup into the .m3u file and they have 1600+ channels on it from all the world .

reseller had limited number of accounts , I have unlimited with my current server setup I could restream for ~250 customer (watching on the same time )
if I sell each account for 3$/month that 750$ return of ~100$ investment ,
anyway this plan needs a lot of clients depends on number ( of source channels we buy ) if they're 10-20 channels will not cost that match ,
+ if thing goes well I could sell resellers accounts and try to get TV channels line source by our self ( I have plan for this too ) which we could sell it line to other providers .

Any channels you choice , BTW for now i have on subscription == 1 channel to rebroadcast , if I need to rebroadcast 10 channels i have to pay 50$ monthly , so if you have serious way to prompt this service I'll pay for it , so this is the deal .

To be frank, there are IPTV services out there that offer thousands of channels for $5 and more. 5 sports channels for $3 isn't very competitive. Rather than trying to market your own service, you might do better partnering with someone with a larger offering to add your channels to theirs. Just an idea if this doesn't work out.

I'm fully understand this , and BTW I was planning to have 20~30 Channels as start which will cost me 150$/month so I need 100 subscriber at leas as start to cover the cost , this is no the case with me only all well known provider start small (at best 200 channels ) an they grow with time .

This is exactly what I was thinking. I don't understand what you are trying to sell that is different than any of the other IPTV providers... It sounds like you are buying a subscription and just reselling access to it which makes no damn sense

LOL you miss the whole idea man , in simple matter what's I'm doing is starting my own IPTV service as a source , not a reseller ,
this looks though task to do but I think I can do it , since their will be no sellers who control how much account I can sell .
e.g If I was able to 300 channels sources (for 700$) selling it to 400 superscribes via resellers ( as credit ) for 3$ per account will return 1200$ that's 500$ profit it may means nothing for many but I see it as requiring money , most cost comes from channels sources but I already figure out solution with line sharing groups ,
