Hi guys,
I'm having new issue with adwords. Last week I have created multiple accounts and got approval on all of them, But these days I do face some other issue. Accounts work perfectly for 1 day and I get good spending but 2nd days account automatically goes under review and then gets suspended. I'm using cloaker. Is it happening due to cloaking the campaigns or there is any other issue?

Recently Google ran its Penguin and HummingBird algorithm, you are facing issue because of that. Just wait for the first week of February then it will be stable again.

The reviews on Google ads are made for billing purposes not technical purposes (that's what they've said to me every time I called them). It can be the credit card that is connected to the bank account you are paying with on different account. Like if 5 accounts are created with 5 different credit cards but all go to the same bank account it can get under review. If 5 account have 5 same credit / debit card that is connected to same bank account it will get under review. If you are using a virtual card, it will get under review. You were unlucky with 1-2 days because sometimes it can take months for the review to happen because its dont manually. I have been in situations where the review happens after 1 week, some after 2 months and some has never happened in 7 months.

You can´t be more wrong. Google can never check billing and they can never check which cards are connected in which banks. Billing check is automatic (they have disabled some BINs which means you can still add those but you get suspended) and is made between your card info and the payment getaway they use (if you know different card verification methods then you also understand that). There is no actual billing verification, it is only if you campaign is legit or not. If they don´t like your campaign/website you get "suspicious payment" ban and if you really f*** up then you will get "circumventing". Even virtual cards work the same like real cards (i mean the cards which BINs are not abused on Adwords). Some changes trigger reviews (adding suspicious keywords and adcopies for example) and they say that review is "for payment" purposes, which is not. How i know that? When you make 100+ accounts per week you will know that.

Very nice reply, thanks for sharing this information. I don't think that Google is lying somehow because I talked to some service personal on phone, either they are lied to or they start to look for the billing and then sees that the account is using blackhat marketing. Because I felt like some of these servicedesk/helpdesk workers are very naive. I don't know if they are playing or lying but some of them don't even know what will happen to the account and tell me everything is alright. It has happend where I got "suspicious payments" and I called them and they worked it out and the account is now active. When things are good they tell you that things are fine but when things are bad they tell you that things are good? makes no sense, I wouldn't think that Google is lying somehow but you may be right.
