okay but i still don't understand, you act as agency to collect leads for some offline shops?

I think you’ve already had some gems given to you but you really need to get your house in order before looking at selling or getting leads.

You must have a process of dealing with leads before getting them.

There is nothing wrong with asking questions

I don’t need to sorry. There is a lot of info in this forum if you get the basics, twist and turn into your own methods.

Just remember I was you once... I own a few businesses, ok small and one big but my point..... I was you once, just like everyone else.

So

• Work out your process of handling leads. If your English is crap, you need to work around handling the problem, others do.
• Find your niche (should be first point but using a phone)
• Start smallish, you’ll probs fail at first but learn what went wrong and don’t do it again
• When you start making money, use it to scale whatever you’re doing DONT SPEND ON FANCY THINGS
• Don’t outsource something until you know how to do it yourself at least to a basic level
