Well I spent a few nights trying some techniques to see what works.
I created the accounts using a bot, like normal gmail account and I verified the accounts manually with 2FA, I can verify close to 10 accounts per hour so it took me 2 weeks to verify all 500.
I can create a bot in python to verify the accounts but I have been working on 2 other projects and I don't have time now.
There's a lot of guys selling Gmail accounts phone verified but those accounts are junk.
If you use the account in a random location / country / sketchy proxy / vpn .... Google sees as suspicious activity and it will ask you to verify the account again with the same phone number, but since you don't have that phone number you'll lose the account.
The accounts must have 2FA enabled.
I can share some accounts if you need it

Yes. I use Authy app tho, because it has the option to backup to the cloud and it has the windows version
It makes it a lot easier to verify the eccounts and not have to use my phone. Just copy and paste.

I'll increase the amount of emails sent gradually. I'm trying different offers to see what sells the most.
Gmail didn't lock any account so far, but even if they do, I'll just create more accounts.
Gmail is disposable IMO
Google algorithm goes through your emails and steals the data about any purchase you make.
I don't feel sorry for them.

What's the mobile phone method?
I came up with this method myself. I have a bot to create the accounts, but I do the verification manually.
- I use 1 ip for every 5 accounts.
- Clear cookies and all the tracking nonsense google uses
- Install Canvas defender and User Agent Switcher extensions (this is important)
The most important part though. DO NOT create a Gmail account !!!
After a lot of trial and error I noticed that Gmail accounts get triggered as suspicious very easily.
Don't try to create an account through www.gmail.com
Go to GooglePlus https://plus.google.com/ And use Join Google+ link
It seems to be the same thing but it's not.
Google is trying to push their social crap network to compete with FB so it allows pretty much anyone to create an account, after creating a Google+ account, you have to enable 2FA and that's it.
It's good for life.

Many you register accounts for one ip you, it is permissible not more than 2 accounts. Google does not block your Google accounts, since you do not make them massively and do not sell them massively, if you do this often, Google will quickly close your registrations. From personal experience of registering Google accounts in a few years.
