Repost videos- Terrible quality

I've been trying to repost videos of influencers (with credit, of) but the quality is pretty bad. I've used the regrammer app. Any recommendations what I can do to not lose quality? Is any other app better? Thx

Yup - mine takes the original video file and downloads that.
