Have you ever made a Copyright claim on YouTube ? If yes, which proof did they ask you for, and how long it took to take the video down,

Someone is using my video without any right i want to do it,

I did, they asked no proof as they could see that my vid was there for a long time already.. It was taken down within an hour..

actually YT also follow intl. copyrights law.

eg: if you have copyright certificate you must have it how google verify your Adsense account in the same way. And either you want or not want your videos on YT in both cases your certificate works.

if they see proof its yours it will be taken down as quick as possible. Ive had youtube thieves/leeches literally copy lots of my contents and reupload. Youtube removed the contents within minutes and the persons channel was terminated cause he copied over 10 of my videos (i reported all)

where re you sending it? [email protected]
or use the form for reporting copyright infringement. That form works quicker i think because on the form you can post the links of your own content and the links of your stolen contents.

My original video isn't on YouTube, someone uploaded it and i can't get it removed.
I guess thats why it takes longer

I had a successful claim made took a few days, but the video uploaded wasn't monetized by the other acc and was still watermarked for my channel..

How many days did it take ? Because i made it last week (like 4 days ago) and im still waiting (i know, 4 days isnt much but i can't wait to get it deleted)

did you attach your original video in your email to them? You need to show them proof the content is yours.

I use some of them without permission and have mo problems.
I am sure they have allowed content to be used widely.

The video is a commercial video about a website. I've made a page on my website to prove them im the owner and i don't allow those videos to be uploaded, but didn't attach the video, i hope they take it as a proof.

If not i can send them the video, but for the moment i didnt have any feedback from them

DONE. After 2 weeks of waiting lol, finally they removed the content !
