Website for launching - affiliate marketing

I came across this website years ago where there would be two types of people.

1) People with a strong email list 50k +

2) People wanting to launch a product/service

They would match up with eachother and work together on promoting the product.

I am launching an app, and I would like to find this website or a website like it.
If anyone knows the website im talking about please let me know.

Or if anyone knows a website where i can find people with large email lists please let me know

I remember a site like that too, can't find it unfortunately.
You can always find people in your niche with newsletters on Google & email them about wanting to buy a sponsored email. You'll get better rates since no middle man.

Yeah I can't find it either. Its like it was erased from the internet

Isn't there some sort of affiliate newspaper or something like that has a huge list of IM ?

I have a feeling they aren't alone

Their content is exclusively made up of curated RSS feeds

You might want to find such mailing lists
