help me about channel monitze plz

i made a channel since the last of 2017 i dont have camera so i made videos photos and music from youtube i made like 200 videos and get 15000 subscribers my channel is under review since a year they replied 2 times that they didnt take a decission yet and they need time i made the last 40 videos by my mobile camera and from desktop should i remove all the old videos or make them private or unlisted i dont know what to do
my channel about satellite tv frequencies but in arabic and i get high rate for all of videos

i did change it and now i record videos by my mobile camera but the problem is i have 100 videos just photos and music from youtube library so i made all of them private

I am not very sure about youtube guidelines so I'll let someone else help you out here, good luck !

Please guys dont make anything private on youtube if that is the problem with your monetisation. Do you think youtube wont see the private videos? Their system scans everything whether hidden or not. You will continue to be rejected for monetisation until you delete all the videos that have prevented you from being monetised. If you look at it, its taken you over a yr and you werent approved. Within that year, you could have made your own contents and generated enough views and subs to be approved for monetisation.
Its like doing the same thing and expecting different results. Change something and the result will change. The old videos gotta go!

many people told me not to remove old videos with sound and pictures cause the reach to videos and subscribers will be few

so how do you want to be monetised if you keep videos that are preventing your channel from being monetised? Its a no brainer. Delete old videos and work your way up to the required views. But you need to put up contents that are yours. just pics and texts will not be monetised. Its the rule.

Usually the review requires a maximum of 30 days, as per guide lines. There's something gone wrong. You should contact the support and ask for explanations.
