TL;DR: You must have a paid VIP membership ($97/yr), and pay an additional fee ($30/yr) for the sales thread itself.

If you try to sell to anyone by any other means, including via PM or other non-public means, both you and the buyer risk being banned from the forum.

You need to pay for a junior VIP membership, then pay for a marketplace thread after having the moderators confirm you own the domains. Selling them in any other way here will get you banned.
