How to get Facebook ad accounts?

I need a way to either buy ready to go Facebook ad accounts. (Can't find any source on the marketplace, please link me if you know someone providing this service.

Or a working way to get new Facebook ad accounts working.

Will buying some aged Facebook accounts, and creating the ad account myself, with a new VCC work? And does the VCC and the country of the account need to be the same?

Also should i be using a VPN or is it better to buy proxies and use proxies?

I would 100% recommend against VCC's for Facebook Ad accounts. That is a sure fire way to get your accounts banned. There are a few people selling in the marketplace here, but definitely do your due diligence. Feel free to reach out to me and I can give you some tips

Tips: Add vcc on your FB payment profile & keep for some days before creating account.

There's many sellers that sell good accounts.
VCC doesn't work on Facebook and everything needs to match, that's how the game has been for a while.
