Just got a review copy. Pretty neat I have to say. Good diversity of links from various platforms, with quality over quantity. The web 2.0 especially was really well done for that kind of package and considering the price: three unique well-written, natural-sounding articles and related images.
I would definitely recommend this service to get a site started without raising suspicions and for low-comp keywords.

Delivery speed was super quick. I received a variety of backlinks on various high-authority sites on a variety of platforms - some do-follow and some no-follow. There was a nice mix of relevant and generic/general backlinks, with naked URLs, anchor text with my keywords, and generic anchor text, which all read well and seemed natural enough.
From the links I received, my verdict is: Overall, this service is great for diversifying your website's backlink profile. High quality service, and you can't beat the price. I will be ordering a few packages for several other sites for a more diverse backlink profile, I'm impressed with the quality/quantity for the cost.
