Why my chanel not approved monetize ?

immaking video about product reviews.(in my local language)
i passed 1000 subscriber and 4000 watchinghours.
but it still not aproved my channel for ad

let me know why ? please help me someone

your first video which has the highest view is not yours. it looks like a music video from someone else, so how do you expect to be monetised when you re using other people's content. If you re doing reviews you dont use other peoples entire work. you only use a little bit of it, and you have to use your face and /or voice for review you simple werent approved because of the first video and until you delete copyright contents that u dont own, you will not be approved for mopnetisation
