Bought a Hybrid Server from them back in December, and just paid for my renewal.
Here’s my review for you guys:
Service/Offers: A+
Great service, servers are speedy quick. They use Dual Xeon E5 processors which is a plus for performance. They also seem to offer a wide variety of plans which is good to know I have options for when I need to upgrade.
The server is a work horse. I run 6 of my Blogs on here, 2 of my Forums, and 3 test bed sites. The server handles it like a champ, with server loads well below 0.50 at all times!
Support: A
I always get a response to any of my server related questions within 30 minutes or less whenever I submit a Support Ticket in their portal. I appreciate the swift response and their technical staff seem friendly/helpful.
I’ve noticed sales-related tickets do however take a bit longer (few hours).
Value: A++
Extra plus for this one, I really enjoy the value here. Compared to my last hosting provider, I am saving well over 45% every month on my hosting bill. In this case I really do feel like I am getting more than what I paid for because my sites are running faster than ever before as well!
Overall, I’d highly recommend AlphaRacks to anyone who is looking for hosting!

Alpharacks has honestly come a very long way. I remember using them back in 2014 (over 5 years ago!) and I started off with a VPS with them. Unfortunately due to financial conditions going on at the time I did not renew the VPS.
They were not a very well known name back then (at least I don’t think so) but it seems like Alpharacks has taken a serious approach and have been gaining in popularity lately. And so, I decided to try them out again!
Bought a server (with the BHW discount of course ) three weeks ago and this is honestly the best hosting experience I’ve had in a while. Free/unlimited/automated OS reinstalls is a plus, as well as the fact they are native IPv6.
Currently running all of my SEO tools on a server here 24x7, it has never gone offline in the middle of the night compared to my last hosting provider (which I will not name out of respect!).

It is a dedicated hybrid server that you subscribed to. I had a VPS with them two years ago but it was terrible. Most of the times, it was down. So I gave up trying. I shall monitor for more feedback from this thread before jumping in again.

I'm glad you guys are back on BlackHatWorld because I wanted to leave a review (a VERY honest one) about the POOR customer service I received while I was with you guys. Anyway, let me explain the situation here:
In late May/ early June 2016, I purchased 4 accounts with AlphaRacks for some of my PBN sites. At the time (I don't know if it's still the case), you could automatically renew your service on a yearly basis with AlphaRacks using Paypal Subscription, and that's what I did with all my accounts. I purchased a $19 plan a year. Obviously, I didn't expect to have the greatest and fastest server ever but I figured that it would be fast enough to at least load the site's backend when I needed to make changes and handle the few visits a month I would be getting on these sites. It was NOT the case. The sites went down for days after installing WordPress, and another 3 extra days after installing a theme (I'm not even kidding). Eventually, I gave up updating plugins/adding new articles on these sites because everytime I wanted to make changes, it would go down for days, so I figured I would simply let them be until the renewal and move them to another server.
A full year goes by and we're now just a week before my renewals, and I get a (final?) notice from AlphaRacks that I need to make the payment "RIGHT NOW" otherwise my account will be closed (even though I had another full week to make the payment AND (remember) that I subscribed to Paypal automatic payment at the time of the purchase as well. Out of laziness, I finally decide to renew my accounts and not move my sites to another provider.
Another 3 weeks goes by. All the payments went through on time (as per PayPal subscription agreement) and I finally check on my sites only to find out that they are all been closed due to (non-payment received). I open a ticket on 06/22/2017:
On the 23rd, I get an invoice from AlphaRacks.com (which I paid, without asking any questions because I was a little bit confused as the whether I had paid or not at the time). and I get this reply:
Two days later, I realized that I paid two invoices (?) that had nothing to do with my accounts or anything else. I respond to the ticket with the problem and I get this (delicious) answer:
At this point, I am very confused (and I am billed ANOTHER $10 for no apparent reason to get these accounts back online). Anyway, I make the payment (and ask for a refund after, which I get) because it's been almost two weeks that (two) of the accounts still are down and I want them back online ASAP.
(Note that on 07/04, one account is STILL suspended)
After a little back and forth, I get told that apparently, the account was terminated because I ignored the "final notice" which was sent to me a week before (Remember that I have automatic payment set up for these accounts)
Again, I get told that the payment MUST be made in advance of the renewal date, otherwise it counts as "late payment" and the account is "terminated and wiped out". On top of that, they try to put the blame on me for not backing up my own shits after they wiped out my sites/files.
