Payment schedule will be straight at end of day. Can also do upfront for daily flow but it's a bit harder since i want buffer on calls (I don't want Billing / Support calls ) so can't exactly know how many counted calls will be in.

I have reread it all few times and still do not get what is exactly going on with that matter entirely and absolutely in many many terms there. Please make it possible for me absolutely anyway. I do hope that we really can make something with this....
