Can you ship your products to countries other than the US, I just watched a tutorial video for shopify and in the video the guy only ship AliExpress product to the US, why is that?

Yes, you can ship your products to other countries.

Most people focus on the US because a lot of the products have a faster turnaround time for shipping compared to other countries.

Which means the clients get their product a lot faster which results in less complaints and refunds.

Yes, you can ship to most (all?) countries in the world.

People usually only advertise their products to US audience, therefore they only check if the product they're going to sell is available to be shipped to US. Most of the time it is, by ePacket or by regular China Post.

From AliExpress you can ship to most places in the world. Just click on any product on the site and you’ll see the shipping options and the shipping price for every country. ePacket shipping is generally the most reliable and popular option especially if you’re targeting the US

As somebody has mentioned already, it's because epacket is offered for the US.
And the US is just a bigger market. Believe or not, it'll take longer/more expensive to send from Aliexpress to another Asian country than it is to send to the US.
